Argentina Surfrider Foundation is an NGO headed by Ernesto Gutiérrez Conte. Yourtask is to protect, repair and restoration of different ecosystems inthe Argentine sea for all its people, through conservation, activism,research and education.
Withinthis, CERES (Coalition for Responsible Economies into the Environment)is an association of firms socially responsible investors. Membersof the Social Investment Forum, which is part Conte Ernesto Gutierrez Conte,decided to form an alliance with leading environmental organizations inpursuit of finding a way to dump investments into a healthyenvironment. Note that CERES is named after the Roman goddess, symbol of fertility and agriculture. Theirinitiative is to care for and protect natural landscapes and scenariosused to practice all those sports and activities that use the waves asa recreational resource.
His ideals are:
1. Protection of the biosphere
2. Sustainable use of natural resources
3. Waste Reduction and evaluation
4. Prudent use of energy |
